Substrate preparation: Hot dip galvanized steel sheet (GI) is used as the substrate, and the zinc layer thickness is usually 10-275 g/m² to provide basic corrosion protection. Pretreatment: After unwinding and welding the substrate into continuous strip, degreasing, cleaning and chemical conversion treatment (such as phosphating and chromate passivation) are carried out in order to remove surface impurities and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Coating and baking: the "double coating and baking" process is adopted. The primer is coated on the pretreated substrate and baked and cured, and then the top coat is covered (commonly used polyester PE, silicon modified polyester SMP, high durability polyester HDP or polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, etc.), and then the second baking is carried out. This process forms a multi-layer structure, including zinc layer, chemical conversion layer, primer and topcoat, with a total coating thickness of 5-35 μm. Cooling and squaring: After the coating, the strip is cooled to below 40°C. After quality inspection (such as adhesion and corrosion resistance test), the strip is squared to the required size plate, or processed into corrugated plate, Roman tile and other special-shaped plate by pressing machine.
